FDB HOLDINGS (01826) Rights Issue Achieves 23.53% Valid Acceptance

FDB HOLDINGS (01826) has released an announcement regarding its rights issue. As of 4:00 PM on Tuesday, July 21, 2026, which was the final acceptance deadline, the company received one valid application and acceptance under the provisional allotment letter, covering a total of 188 million rights shares.

This amount represents approximately 23.53% of the total rights shares available for subscription under the offering. Consequently, 611 million rights shares remained unsubscribed, accounting for about 76.47% of the total rights shares offered. These unsubscribed shares will be handled according to a compensation arrangement.

The placing agent will, on a best-efforts basis and no later than 4:00 PM on Friday, July 31, 2026, procure subscribers to subscribe for all (or as many as possible) of these unsubscribed rights shares at a price not less than the subscription price. The company will not issue any unsubscribed rights shares that remain unplaced under the compensation arrangement after the placing is completed, and the scale of the rights issue will be reduced accordingly.
