POWERLONG Sets 12 May 2026 Scheme Meeting Following Court-Ordered Step in Holistic Restructuring Plan

POWERLONG Real Estate Holdings Limited has received a Convening Order from Hong Kong’s Court of First Instance dated 17 March 2026 to hold a Scheme Meeting for its creditors on 12 May 2026 at 11:00 a.m. (HKT) at Sidley Austin, 39/F, Two IFC, Central, Hong Kong. The meeting will allow Scheme Creditors to consider and vote on the proposed scheme of arrangement that forms part of the group’s wider Holistic Solution and restructuring support agreement (RSA).

Key participation requirements: • Existing noteholder creditors must submit Custody Instructions through the clearing systems by 11:00 p.m. (HKT) on 4 May 2026. • All Scheme Creditors must file completed Account Holder Letters, Lender Proxy Forms or Blocked Scheme Creditor Forms, as applicable, by 11:00 p.m. (HKT) on 7 May 2026 (the Record Time). • Creditors electing to receive restructuring consideration must also lodge Distribution Confirmation Deeds and, if relevant, Designated Recipient Forms by the same Record Time. • Creditors may attend the meeting in person, by authorised representative, by proxy or via video conference. Subsequent steps: • A Sanction Hearing is scheduled for 11:00 a.m. (HKT) on 17 June 2026, where the Court will rule on whether to sanction the Scheme. • Implementation of the Scheme remains subject to Court approval and the fulfilment or waiver of conditions set out in Clause 16 of the Scheme. • Creditors can amend non-binding elections regarding the type of restructuring consideration within two business days after the Scheme Meeting.
