HONWORLD GP Publishes 2025 Annual Report and AGM Circular; Activates E-Communication Framework for Shareholders

Honworld Group Limited (HONWORLD GP) announced on 29 April 2026 that its 2025 Annual Report and accompanying AGM Circular are now available in both English and Chinese on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website (www.hkexnews.hk) and the company’s own site (www.hzlaohenghe.com).

1. Immediate online access • All current and future corporate communications—including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms—will be posted on the company’s and HKEX’s websites in dual languages. • Shareholders will receive publication notifications either by e-mail or post, depending on the contact details previously provided to the company.

2. Shift to electronic dissemination under Listing Rule 2.07A • Effective 29 April 2026, HONWORLD GP formalised its e-communication arrangements in line with Hong Kong listing requirements and the company’s amended and restated articles of association. • Non-registered holders (investors whose shares are kept through CCASS) are advised to supply their e-mail addresses to their respective banks, brokers, custodians or HKSCC Nominees Limited to ensure timely receipt of electronic notifications.

3. Option to request printed copies • Any shareholder encountering difficulties with online access may obtain printed versions of the current documents free of charge. • Requests—containing the investor’s name and address—can be submitted by e-mail (honworld@computershare.com.hk) or by post to the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, at 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong. • Printed-copy requests remain valid until revoked, superseded, or replaced by the next annual report cycle.

4. Investor support • For inquiries, shareholders can contact the Hong Kong share registrar on (852) 2862 8688 between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) or e-mail honworld@computershare.com.hk.
