Bonny International Holding Limited (“BONNY HLDG”) announced that its 2025 Annual Report and accompanying circular dated 23 April 2026 have been released in both English and Chinese editions.

The documents are immediately accessible on the company’s website (www.bonnychina.com) and on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk). Shareholders who have already opted for physical delivery will receive printed copies with this notice.

Key logistics for shareholders: 1. Printed copies on request: Shareholders unable to access the electronic versions may obtain hard copies free of charge by completing and returning the enclosed reply form to Tricor Investor Services Limited, the company’s Hong Kong branch share registrar, or by emailing 1906-ecom@vistra.com. 2. Email registration: Registered shareholders are responsible for providing a valid email address to receive future publication notices and electronic actionable corporate communications. Absent a functional email, notices and related documents will continue to be dispatched in hard copy only. 3. Contact window: Enquiries can be directed to Tricor’s hotline at (852) 2980 1333, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. (excluding public holidays).

The communication shift underscores BONNY HLDG’s ongoing initiative to promote digital access to corporate documents while ensuring shareholders can still opt for physical copies when necessary.
