AviChina Launches Full Electronic Distribution of Corporate Communications

AviChina Industry & Technology Company Limited announced the adoption of electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications in line with Rule 2.07A of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s paperless listing regime, effective 31 December 2023.

Under the new arrangement, English and Chinese versions of directors’ reports, annual and interim accounts, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms will be published exclusively on the company website (www.avichina.com) and HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed copies will no longer be sent automatically.

Non-registered shareholders who wish to receive email notifications must provide a functional email address to their intermediaries—banks, brokers, custodians, nominees, or HKSCC Nominees Limited. Without an email address on file, shareholders will not receive publication alerts and must proactively monitor the two websites for updates.

Shareholders preferring printed versions can submit a reply form to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong, or email avichina@computershare.com.hk, specifying their name, address and the desired language version.

Enquiries regarding the new distribution method can be directed to the share registrar at (852) 2862 8688 during business hours, Monday to Friday (excluding Hong Kong public holidays).
