A.Plus Group Holdings Limited released a positive profit alert, indicating that it expects to report a net profit attributable to shareholders of approximately HK$3.00 million for the financial year ended 31 March 2026. The projected result marks a reversal from the HK$1.60 million net loss recorded in FY2025.
Management attributes the turnaround primarily to a sharp rise in revenue from the preparation of debt-offering circulars and initial public offering prospectuses, which expanded to around HK$18.10 million in FY2026 from HK$7.50 million a year earlier.
The announced figures are based on unaudited consolidated management accounts and may be subject to adjustments pending completion of the annual audit and review by the audit committee. The company plans to release its full annual results before the end of June 2026.
A.Plus Group advises shareholders and potential investors to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s shares until the audited results are published.
