Honworld Group Limited announced on 29 April 2026 that the English and Chinese versions of its 2025 Annual Report, AGM circular and proxy form are now available on both HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk) and the company website (www.hzlaohenghe.com).

The board confirmed that, effective immediately and pursuant to HKEX Listing Rule 2.07A as well as the amended articles of association, all corporate communications will be hosted online. “Actionable” documents—those requiring shareholder instructions—will still be delivered individually by email or post, depending on whether the company holds a functional email address for the investor.

Shareholders who wish to receive future documents electronically can register a valid email address by scanning the personalised QR code on the enclosed request form or by submitting the completed form to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited at 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai.

Investors who do not provide an email address will receive a postal notification of online publication together with printed copies of any actionable communications. A standing request for printed versions may also be made using the same form; such instructions remain valid until revoked or until the next annual report is issued, whichever is earlier.
