UBoT Holding Limited announced the appointment of independent non-executive director (INED) Ms. Ma Jay Suk Lin to its four-member Nomination Committee, effective 26 August 2026.

The refreshed committee now consists of Chairman Mr. Tong Yuen To, Ms. Ma Jay Suk Lin, Mr. Chan Oi Fat and Mr. Wong Lok Man, with INEDs remaining the majority. Ms. Ma’s inclusion introduces gender diversity to the group and aligns the company with Code Provision B.3.5 of the Corporate Governance Code applicable to GEM-listed issuers.

The Board considers the move a further step in strengthening overall corporate governance practices and formally welcomed Ms. Ma to her new role.

As of the announcement date, the Board comprises four executive directors, one non-executive director and three independent non-executive directors. The company confirms that all information provided is accurate and complete in accordance with GEM Listing Rules.
