Dragon Rise Group Holdings Limited has announced the online publication of its 2025/26 Annual Report and the accompanying circular with notice of the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). Both the English and Chinese versions are now accessible on the company’s website (www.kitkee.com.hk) and on HKEX’s website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Non-registered shareholders are encouraged to review the web versions but may request hard copies by completing and returning a request form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Boardroom Share Registrars (HK) Limited, 2103B, 21/F, 148 Electric Road, North Point, Hong Kong. Postage is prepaid for local mail, and requests can also be submitted by emailing a scanned form to info@dragonrise-group.com.

Shareholders holding shares through banks, brokers, custodians or HKSCC Nominees Limited can opt to receive future corporate communications electronically by providing a functional email address to their intermediaries. Until an email address is registered, the company will continue to dispatch printed notices of publication.
