Longfor Group (00960) has announced its interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2026, reporting revenue of RMB 39.795 billion for the period. The company recorded a profit attributable to shareholders of RMB 1.961 billion, with basic earnings per share of RMB 0.285.

Driven by the synergistic effects of consumer goods spending and service experiences, the company's operational and service businesses achieved steady growth. Each business lane has been iteratively upgraded according to its positioning while supporting one another, unlocking greater efficiency and propelling the group's development in a new direction.

Against the backdrop of service consumption leading the way, upgraded goods quality, and vibrant experiential retail, Longfor's commercial property segment saw its half-year leasing rate rise to a high of 97.4%. Overall rental income grew by 8.7%, with same-store growth of 2.7%, while sales turnover and average daily foot traffic posted steady increases.

Adhering to a strategy of "revitalizing existing assets through renewal," the company has increased capital expenditure since last year, driving mall renovations in cities including Chongqing, Beijing, Suzhou, and Shanghai to sustain the growth of existing projects. At the same time, original IP initiatives such as the "Paradise Walk Temple Fair" have deepened content-driven operations, converting transient traffic into lasting customer loyalty.

In the second half of the year, several new malls are scheduled to open. The company maintains its high standard of "delivering excellence from day one," using diverse scenarios to meet consumer demand and continuously deliver long-term value.

The asset management segment has proactively optimized its asset structure, with short-term revenue under pressure but building momentum for healthy growth ahead. Existing projects are improving steadily through renovation and refined operations. Newly added heavy-asset projects this year span multiple business formats, including the long-term rental apartment brand "Guan Yu," the vibrant neighborhood concept "Huan Si," and the health and eldercare brand "Chun Shan Wan Shu," all featuring stronger competitiveness across new product lines. The segment is also leveraging its mixed-use advantages to steadily expand full-chain asset management services, with multiple light-asset projects already reaching cooperation agreements.

The property management segment has adhered to quality-driven growth, generating revenue of RMB 5.65 billion in the first half, up 2.3% year-on-year, further solidifying its long-term, high-margin business model. Leveraging the HALO smart space platform and AI agents, the segment has maintained stable scale while deepening its "key account" strategy. It has actively expanded "asset management plus property management" full-chain services, extending its reach across multiple projects in Chongqing, Chengdu, and Hangzhou. Longfor's smart living services have established an even more resilient service foundation in the stock era.
