Wong’s Int’l Reports No Share Capital Changes for July 2026; Public Float Remains Above 25% Threshold

Wong's International Holdings Limited released its Monthly Return for the period ended 31 July 2026, confirming that both authorised and issued share capital remained unchanged during the month.

Authorised/Registered Capital • Authorised share capital stayed at HKD 70.00 million, comprising 700.00 million ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10 each. • No increase or decrease in the authorised share count was recorded.

Issued and Treasury Shares • Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) were steady at 478.48 million. • The company held no treasury shares, and there were no cancellations, repurchases, or transfers during the month. • Consequently, total issued shares remained at 478.48 million.

Public Float Compliance • Wong’s Int’l confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum 25% public-float requirement as at 31 July 2026.

Equity Incentive Schemes and Other Instruments • No share options, warrants, convertibles, or other equity-linked instruments were exercised, issued, or lapsed in July. • The approved 2020 Share Option Scheme still allows for up to 47.85 million shares to be issued upon future grants; however, no options are currently outstanding.

Filing Details • The monthly return was submitted to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 3 August 2026 by Company Secretary Ho Yuen Fan, who confirmed full compliance with all applicable listing rules and regulatory requirements.
