7Road completes HK$17.08 million buyback; cumulative repurchases hit 41.24 million shares under current mandate

The volume-weighted average price was roughly HK$1.14 per share. • All 14.95 million shares are intended for cancellation; none will be held as treasury shares. • Including earlier transactions between 18 May and 15 June, a total of 45.94 million shares have been bought back but not yet cancelled. • Under the shareholders’ mandate granted on 26 May 2026, the company is authorised to repurchase up to 274.77 million shares. As of 16 June, 41.24 million shares—or 1.50 % of the issued share base on the mandate date—have been repurchased on-market. • A 30-day moratorium on new share issues runs until 16 July 2026, in accordance with Hong Kong listing rules following the latest buyback.

The disclosure confirms that all repurchases complied with Main Board Rule 10.06 and related regulatory requirements. The issued share count will decrease once the repurchased shares are formally cancelled.
