Bangkok Dusit Medical Services sets THB 0.35 dividend; SDR holders to receive net THB 0.6237

Bangkok Dusit Medical Services PCL has declared a cash dividend of THB 0.35 per underlying share.
Under the 2-to-1 structure of the “BDMS TH SDR 1TO2”, each SDR will entitle holders to a gross distribution of THB 0.70. After a 10% withholding tax of THB 0.07 and a 1% corporate action fee of THB 0.0063, the net dividend payable per SDR will be THB 0.6237.
Key dates for the SDR are: ex-date on Sep, 08 2026, record date on Sep, 09 2026 and payment date on Sep, 30 2026. Books will be closed from Sep, 04 2026 to Sep, 09 2026.
The Depository will convert the final dividend into Singapore dollars at the prevailing exchange rate and announce the SGD amount in due course.
