Pak Tak International Limited filed its monthly return for the period ended 31 May 2026, showing no changes to either authorised or issued share capital.

The company’s authorised share capital remains at 10.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.02, equivalent to HKD 200.00 million.

Issued share capital is unchanged at 5.63 billion ordinary shares, representing approximately 56.30 % of the authorised limit. No treasury shares are held.

Pak Tak confirmed compliance with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s minimum 25 % public-float requirement as at the close of the month.

No share options, warrants, convertible securities, or other equity-linked instruments were issued, exercised, cancelled, or outstanding during the month, underscoring a steady capital structure.
