Keppel REIT (K71U) announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Keppel REIT Fin. Company Pte. Ltd., has entered into term-loan and revolving-credit facilities totaling 135 million Australian dollars, maturing on Aug, 26 2026. The borrowings are guaranteed by HSBC Institutional Trust Services (Singapore) acting as trustee for the real-estate investment trust.

The agreements require full repayment within 30 business days if Keppel REIT Management Ltd. ceases to be the trust’s manager and a wholly owned unit of Keppel Capital Holdings is not appointed as replacement.

Should this condition trigger a cross-default across the group’s other debt, facilities amounting to about 2,399 million Singapore dollars could be affected. The trust said none of these conditions has occurred as of Aug, 26 2026.
