A.PLUS GROUP Holdings Ltd (SEHK: 01841) has announced a positive profit alert. The group is expected to record a net profit attributable to company owners of approximately HKD 3 million for the financial year ending March 31, 2026. This represents a significant turnaround from the net loss of approximately HKD 1.6 million reported for the corresponding period in 2025.
The anticipated profit is primarily attributed to a substantial increase in revenue from the Debt Issue Prospectus and Initial Public Offering Prospectus division. Revenue from this segment surged to approximately HKD 18.1 million for the current year, up from about HKD 7.5 million for the year ended March 31, 2025.
