Hong Kong-listed financial printing specialist A.Plus Group Holdings Limited has executed a third tenancy agreement that, when aggregated with two earlier leases signed on 31 December 2025, brings the total value of right-of-use assets to approximately HK$10.54 million.
The latest pact, dated 17 April 2026, was signed between A.Plus subsidiary Merit Leader Limited (tenant) and Joinice Company Limited (landlord) for the 3/F premises at OfficePlus @ Sheung Wan, 93-103 Wing Lok Street, Hong Kong. Key terms include:
• Lease term: 20 March 2026 to 19 March 2029 (three years). • Monthly base rent: HK$0.14 million, payable in advance and exclusive of rates, management, air-conditioning and other outgoings. • Aggregate cash consideration over the term: HK$4.76 million, funded by internal resources. • Estimated right-of-use asset to be recognised: HK$4.56 million, discounted at 3.2% per annum under HKFRS 16.
The Group continues to rent the first- and second-floor premises in the same building under renewed leases signed in December 2025. The additional floor space is intended to support expanding business operations while avoiding relocation.
Because landlords Kam Wah Investment Company Limited and Joinice Company Limited are controlled by the same shareholder group, the three tenancy agreements are aggregated under Hong Kong Listing Rules. The combined right-of-use asset value exceeds the 5% but is below the 25% threshold, classifying the transaction as “discloseable” and subject to notification and announcement obligations under Chapter 14 of the Listing Rules.
A.Plus Group is an investment holding company whose subsidiaries specialise in financial printing services; Merit Leader provides business management services within the Group. Both landlords, Kam Wah and Joinice, are independent property investment companies incorporated in Hong Kong and are not connected persons of A.Plus Group.
