ZYY Files Summons to Withdraw Winding-Up Petition, Hearing Slated for 29 July 2026

Ziyuanyuan Holdings Group Limited (ZYY) has applied to terminate the winding-up proceedings initiated against the company earlier this year.

On 7 July 2026, the petitioner submitted a summons to Hong Kong’s High Court seeking withdrawal of the winding-up petition originally filed on 29 April 2026. The Court has listed the withdrawal summons for hearing on 29 July 2026, unless leave is granted to vacate the date.

The Board stated it will issue a further announcement should the Court approve the withdrawal. Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s shares.

ZYY’s board currently comprises Executive Directors Zhang Junshen (Chairman and CEO) and Tian Zhiwei; Non-executive Director Li Xinpei; and Independent Non-executive Directors Deng Bin, Hu Tao and Yang Kun.
