TATA Health issues profit warning, anticipates HK$12.40 million loss for first-half 2026

TATA Health International Holdings Limited announced that it expects to post a loss attributable to owners of approximately HK$12.40 million for the six months ended 30 June 2026, reversing from a profit of about HK$20.60 million in the corresponding period of 2025.

The turnaround is primarily linked to the absence of a one-off disposal gain. In the first half of 2025, the Group recorded a HK$34.70 million gain from the sale of subsidiaries; no comparable transaction occurred in the 2026 reporting period.

The figures are derived from the Group’s unaudited management accounts and remain subject to review by the auditor and the audit committee. The interim results announcement will be released after the completion of these procedures.

Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the Company’s shares.
