Hysan Development Announces Online Release of 2026 Interim Report and Shifts to Fully Electronic Shareholder Communications

Bulletin Express
Aug 28

Hysan Development has released its Interim Report 2026 in both English and Chinese on the company website and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s platform. Printed copies accompany the notice only for shareholders who specifically requested them.

Effective immediately, the group is transitioning all future corporate communications—including annual and interim reports, notices, circulars, and proxy forms—to an electronic-only format. Shareholders will no longer receive postal alerts when new documents are uploaded; instead, they can sign up for email notifications through Hysan’s registrar or opt for the Stock Exchange’s “News Alerts” service.

Actionable corporate communications that require shareholder instructions will be distributed via email. If Hysan does not possess a functional shareholder email address, printed copies of such actionable materials, together with an email-collection form, will continue to be dispatched.

Shareholders preferring hard copies of future documents may submit a signed request form to the company’s registrar. Each request remains valid until the publication of the next annual report unless revoked or renewed.

Enquiries regarding the new distribution framework can be directed to Tricor Investor Services at +852 2980 1333 or hysan14-ecom@vistra.com during standard business hours.
