CH OVS G OCEANS Reports 19.6% Drop in Q1 Operating Profit

CH OVS G OCEANS (00081) announced that for the three months ended March 31, 2026, the Group's revenue was approximately RMB 5.52 billion, a decrease of 4.6% compared to the same period last year. The operating profit for the quarter was approximately RMB 320 million, down 19.6% year-on-year.

In the first quarter of 2026, the Group, together with its associated companies and joint ventures (collectively referred to as the CH OVS G OCEANS series companies), achieved total contracted sales of approximately RMB 8.091 billion, with a sales area of approximately 690,600 square meters. This represents increases of 16.7% and 15.4%, respectively, compared to the same period last year.

Additionally, as of March 31, 2026, the cumulative value of subscriptions pending the signing of sales contracts was approximately RMB 534 million, involving an area of approximately 43,400 square meters.

During the quarter, the Group acquired a new land parcel in Taizhou, with an attributable gross floor area of approximately 86,700 square meters. The attributable land premium payable was approximately RMB 287 million.

As of March 31, 2026, the CH OVS G OCEANS series companies held a land bank in mainland China with a total developable gross floor area of approximately 11.9921 million square meters. This includes an attributable area of approximately 10.2949 million square meters held by associated companies and joint ventures.
