FULLSHARE has announced its financial results for the year ended December 31, 2025.
The group recorded revenue of 20.364 billion yuan, representing a decrease of 12% year-on-year.
The net loss attributable to the company's equity shareholders was 104 million yuan, a significant reduction of 98.27% compared to the previous year.
The basic loss per share was 0.164 yuan.
For the 2025 financial year, the group achieved an after-tax profit of approximately 657.9 million yuan, compared to a loss of about 7.325 billion yuan in 2024.
The shift from a substantial loss to a profit in 2025 is primarily attributed to a one-off significant impairment loss of 6.6286 billion yuan recognized in 2024 related to trade receivables and prepayments in the new energy segment's trading business, which had no impact on the group's operational performance in 2025.
Furthermore, a reduction in financing costs and fair value losses on investment properties also contributed to the improved financial performance.
