Mindtell Technology Limited reported that Yu Chi Kit has resigned as company secretary, authorised representative under GEM Rule 5.24 and process agent under GEM Rule 24.05(2) and Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance, all effective 9 April 2026, due to other business commitments. The board confirmed Yu Chi Kit has no disagreement with directors and is unaware of issues requiring shareholder or Stock Exchange attention.

Concurrent with the resignation, the board appointed Mok Wai Yiu to all three positions, also effective 9 April 2026. Mok Wai Yiu is an associate member of The Chartered Governance Institute and The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute, holds a master’s degree in corporate governance and has more than 10 years of professional experience in company secretarial and corporate governance functions.

The board expressed gratitude to Yu Chi Kit for his service and welcomed Mok Wai Yiu to the roles. As of the announcement date, Mindtell Tech’s board comprises two executive directors (Zhang Rongxuan, Lyu Xingjian), one non-executive director (Chong Yee Ping) and three independent non-executive directors (Yuen Chun Fai, Chan Laam Chi, Sham Che Wai).
