MOBI Development Co., Ltd. (MOBI Development) announced that it has partnered with a Mexican telecom operator to supply high-performance multi-beam antennas for three stadiums hosting matches during the FIFA World Cup 2026. The initial order is valued at more than US$1.00 million and is aimed at ensuring reliable event communications.
The project marks MOBI Development’s first large-scale deployment in a top-tier international sporting event, providing a showcase for the Group’s technical capabilities and expanding its brand visibility overseas. Following the stadium installations, the Group plans to continue delivering technical support and antenna products to enhance network coverage in densely populated Mexican locales, with the objective of broadening cooperation from individual products to comprehensive system solutions.
MOBI Development highlighted ongoing progress in next-generation antenna technologies, including AI auto-tracking and green antennas, both of which have already secured multiple domestic and international bids. R&D investment remains focused on intelligent reflecting surface (IRS) antennas, metamaterial terahertz antennas, Massive MIMO antennas, A+P antennas, integrated sensing and communication (ISAC) antennas, and transparent antennas—core technologies considered critical for the evolution from 5G-A to 6G.
Management reiterated the Group’s commitment to its globalization strategy, emphasizing that accelerating international network deployments are expected to sustain demand for high-quality antenna feeder systems and strengthen MOBI Development’s global market position.
Shareholders and potential investors were reminded that the bid win does not constitute a final transaction; definitive terms will be specified in subsequent contracts. Caution is advised when dealing in the company’s shares.
