Pak Tak International Limited (PAK TAK INT'L) has signed a second supplemental agreement dated 21 July 2026 to prolong the validity of its existing Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) regarding the possible acquisition of a partial or full equity interest in an undisclosed target company. The MOU, originally announced on 19 January 2026 and first extended on 17 April 2026, is now extended for an additional two-month period, pushing the expiry date from 19 July 2026 to 19 September 2026.
The extension is intended to provide more time for continued negotiations and for Pak Tak International to complete the requisite due-diligence review of the target company and its assets. All other terms and conditions of the MOU remain unchanged.
The board reiterated that no binding agreement has been executed to date; consequently, the proposed transaction may or may not proceed. Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s securities.
Pak Tak International will release further updates on the potential acquisition as required by Hong Kong Listing Rules.
As of 21 July 2026, the board consists of Executive Directors Mr. Wu Zongchuan (Chairman and CEO), Mr. Liu Weixiong and Mr. Lyu Zhengjun; Non-executive Director Mr. Hang Chu Kwong; and Independent Non-executive Directors Ms. Chan Ching Yi, Ms. Li Yun and Mr. Li Wubo.
