Boan Biotech (Shandong Boan Biotechnology Co., Ltd.) reported a repurchase of 2.00 million H shares on 28 August 2026, according to its Next Day Disclosure Return filed with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

The buyback, executed on the Exchange, was completed within a price range of HKD 3.625 to HKD 3.76 per share, with a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 3.7355 per share. The aggregate consideration amounted to HKD 7.47 million.

Following the transaction, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) fell to 620.33 million, while the treasury-share balance increased to 2.00 million. The repurchased shares represent 0.32 % of the issued share capital prior to the buyback.

The purchase was made under the repurchase mandate approved on 22 June 2026, which authorises the company to buy back up to 62.23 million shares. After the latest transaction, 60.23 million shares, or 96.79 % of the mandate, remain available.

In line with Hong Kong listing rules, Boan Biotech is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or transferring treasury shares until 27 September 2026.

The board confirmed that the repurchase complied with all applicable regulations and that no shares acquired on 28 August 2026 have been cancelled as of the reporting date.
