Sino-Ocean Service postpones circular release to 6 May; EGM slated for 21 May to vote on parking-space asset deal

Sino-Ocean Service Holding Limited has delayed the dispatch of its shareholder circular related to the proposed parking-space asset acquisition. The document, originally scheduled for distribution around 30 April 2026, will now be sent on 6 May 2026 due to additional time required for bulk printing.

The circular will detail the Parking Space Asset Acquisition Agreement, include recommendations from the Independent Board Committee, advice from the Independent Financial Adviser, and a valuation report of the target assets. It will also contain the notice of an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) and proxy form.

The EGM is confirmed for Thursday, 21 May 2026, where shareholders will vote on the transaction. To determine voting eligibility, the company will close its register of members from Monday, 18 May 2026, to Thursday, 21 May 2026, inclusive. Share transfers must be lodged with Tricor Investor Services Limited by 4:30 p.m. on Friday, 15 May 2026. The record date for voting rights is 21 May 2026.
