Anker Innovations Delivers Strong H1 2026: Revenue Up 29% to RMB 16.61 Billion, Net Profit Jumps 50%

Anker Innovations Technology Co., Ltd. (Anker Innovations) released its unaudited results for the six months ended 30 June 2026, showing double-digit top- and bottom-line expansion driven by broad-based product and geographic growth.

Revenue rose 29.1% year over year to RMB 16.61 billion (USD 2.29 billion), supported by gains across all three core product lines: • Smart Charging & Power Storage: RMB 8.93 billion, +31.0%, representing 53.8% of group sales. • Smart Home & Innovation: RMB 4.19 billion, +28.8%, 25.2% of revenue. • Smart Audio & Video: RMB 3.48 billion, +24.5%, 21.0% of revenue.

Net profit attributable to shareholders advanced 49.6% to RMB 1.70 billion, while group gross margin improved to 47.2% from 42.9% a year earlier, benefitting from stronger product mix and a partial refund of previously paid IEEPA tariffs.

Regional sales were led by North America at RMB 7.56 billion (+32.7%), followed by Europe at RMB 4.43 billion (+29.3%) and Mainland China & Rest of World at RMB 4.61 billion (+23.2%). Online channels contributed 68.4% of turnover, with own websites delivering RMB 1.84 billion, a 39.2% increase.

Operating highlights included a 56.5% jump in R&D expenditure to RMB 1.87 billion (11.3% of revenue), the launch of multiple GaN-based chargers, expansion of the Anker SOLIX energy-storage range, and intensified global brand initiatives such as a multi-year partnership with music festival Tomorrowland.

Total assets reached RMB 22.42 billion, up 11.7% from year-end 2025, while cash and cash equivalents stood at RMB 2.99 billion. The gearing ratio edged up to 47.6%.

The Board declared an interim cash dividend of RMB 0.80 per share (tax inclusive), amounting to approximately RMB 470.44 million, pending shareholder approval.

Looking ahead, management highlighted priorities in advancing technology platforms for smart devices, deepening global channel penetration, enhancing brand equity, and continuing investments in R&D, supply-chain resiliency, and sustainability initiatives.
