Financial front-line news on August 28th: Bank Of Chengdu Co., Ltd. convened its 2026 semi-annual business performance briefing today. This year marks the bank's inaugural implementation of an interim dividend, based on a total ordinary share capital of 4.238 billion shares, distributing a cash dividend of RMB 4.89 yuan (including tax) for every 10 shares held by all ordinary shareholders. The aggregate cash dividend amounts to RMB 2.073 billion (including tax), representing 30.02% of the net profit attributable to ordinary shareholders of the parent company for the first half of 2026.

Addressing this milestone, Luo Jie, Deputy President and Board Secretary of Bank Of Chengdu Co., Ltd., stated that the bank has consistently prioritized delivering reasonable returns to investors, adhering to a sustained and stable dividend distribution policy. The commitment to an annual cash dividend payout ratio of no less than 30% has been incorporated into the company's articles of association, and this year's first-ever interim dividend fully underscores the bank's sincerity and dedication to sharing developmental achievements with its shareholders.

Looking ahead, Luo Jie elaborated that Bank Of Chengdu Co., Ltd. will persistently strengthen its operational foundation, striving to achieve both qualitative improvements in effectiveness and quantitative growth at a reasonable pace.
